金葉度假村酒店 (Hotel Golden Leaf Resort)

We had to checked- in late night so we had called the front desk around 11:30 pm and were told that if we do not reach by 12 midnight we will not be allowed check-inn so we rushed. 1st we were allotted room# 402 which was totally filled with foul smell of damp so we asked to change the room, next we were given 804 of which a/c was not working, we again complained and the were told that this is the only left option and all a/c fitted are like this and will take time to cool. We had no other option at that late hours than to adjust the rooms are tiny. Bed sheets torn and un-tidy. Electrical switches broken no fans in room. Food service very poor & slow. Over all a pathetic, annoying & waste of time & money.

The rooms are cozy and clean but not very fancy. Built in duplex style. Comfortable stay for family. Restaurant is good at great prices. Climbing stairs might be a challenge for old people for rooms as well as restaurant as the stairs are steep. Swimming pool & swings for the kids. Scenic view of the hills.

It was a nice stay experience. The hotel location is great, just 150 meters from the high road, hotel staff are good, food is tasty. Service is somewhat delayed sometimes.

Room was ok, not up to the mark. 2/3 option in breakfast. And foods are bakwas. So much expensive foods and taste was horrible. Overall not like atall. Waste of money.

Good hotel resort you can visit for holidays stays and for fun swimming pool is also there for swim

My recent stay was below expectations. The room was not up to mark, service was ok, and for the price, it didn't offer good value. I'd recommend considering other options.

Golden leaf resort was a really good place to have some quality time . It's view is very good . Food quality and service was very quick .

Ac not working, toilet condition is pathetic. Charging as a premium hotel and giving a service of low grade hotel

The location is very prime. This is near the famous kali temple. The staff's behaviour was very good and the food was delicious. Overall experience is awesome

Our stay was not that good. We have stayed homestays in sandakphu, nathang valley so we are accustomed with minimum facilities but if hotel is charging as premium and not providing that means they are misleading customers. Below are our few observations 1. Although we booked premium room but the room allotted to us was not premium quality. It was normal delux in nature. If it was premium then i pity delux quality. 2. It was mentioned that wifi will be available but when asked for password they insisted it is only available front office. 3. It was a normal hot day but ac in the room was incapable of cooling the room. No fan was there so we were perspirating all the night. 4. Tv was there but not working. 5. First saw a window which is blocked from outside. 6. Breakfast was served ice cold. When informed they said it's because of ac. We forced them to provide hot dos a then they provided it and saying it will also get colder after 1 minute which never occured. 7. Food tasted ok but the oil they are using has some smell in it. We had a stomach ache at night.
